Our Story
Dirty Enterprise was founded by people like you. Back in 2017, we were working in property management, facilities, and accounting when our properties received the same notice that yours probably did; "Welcome to RecycLA. Your trash bill will be tripling." Being somewhat entrepreneurial, and recognizing a niche opportunity to do something good for an industry that had been putting food on our tables for many years, we jokingly said, "We should start a service business to fight back against this." Then, something amazing happened. We started that business.
Dirty Enterprise is the first of its kind in Los Angeles, and we have been at it since 2017. While others may eventually follow, DE is the undisputed original. Furthermore, with more than 45 years combined experience in Property Management and Finance, we have a real understanding of the issues that are important to you and, more importantly, how best to solve them. We aren’t trash haulers, and we certainly aren’t city officials. We are real estate industry professionals, just like you, who saw the need for a solution, and decided to do something about it.
Changing Lives - Our Partnership
With all the challenges facing low-income and unhoused individuals in an around Los Angeles, we have chosen to partner with Chrysalis for part of our workforce. We believe that strong support for programs like Chrysalis'; ones that empower and enrich the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors by providing opportunities - not handouts, not only makes great sense in the community, it makes great business sense, as well. Our experience and partnership with the team at Chrysalis has been a great one, so far, and we look forward to a long and positive relationship for years to come!
